  • In the case of returning an order containing a set, the entire set must be returned. Otherwise, the refund amount will be reduced by the difference resulting from the full price of the product outside the set.
  • In the case of returning an order subject to a promotional offer and containing a free gift, if after the return the order no longer meets the requirements for receiving the free gift, the free gift must also be returned.
