To create an account, go to the LEBRAND website and select "account" in the right corner, click "register" and fill out the form. By creating an account, you won't have to enter your data again with each order.
To log in to your account, go to our website and select "account" in the upper right corner. After opening, a field will appear to enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, select "I forgot my password" - you will receive a link to change it by email.
Payment methods
We accept classic bank transfer, payment via Payu, Przelewy24, Klarna and cash on delivery.
We process orders with payment on delivery. It is worth remembering that the fee for an order "on delivery" is higher than standard shipping and costs PLN 25 regardless of the value of the order. When receiving the package, depending on the courier, payment is made in cash or terminal, the courier company transfers us the funds for your order.
Failure to collect a cash on delivery shipment will result in a block for subsequent orders with the specified payment method.
Payments in EUR can be made via the English version of the website www.lebrand.eu
Yes, to choose installment payment, select the main payment method Przelewy24 and then, after redirecting to the payment page, select one of the options provided.
It may happen that due to technical problems the payment for the placed order is not finalized successfully. In such a case you can place a new order or pay for the order by a classic bank transfer, the details of which can be found in the order confirmation email.

DELIVERY
All orders, both in Poland and abroad, are fulfilled by DHL and Inpost courier services.
Shipping outside Poland and outside the European Union is possible.
Your order may be delivered outside the European Union - but please note that the cost of such delivery will be provided when providing destination details. The shipping cost does not include additional customs duties.
Delivery time within Poland is usually no longer than two business days. For orders outside Poland, delivery time is quoted individually depending on the destination.
The standard delivery cost in Poland is PLN 15, while every order over PLN 1990 is shipped free of charge.
The exception is cash on delivery orders, where the shipping cost is PLN 25 regardless of the order value.
To protect our planet, we kindly ask you to make thoughtful purchases and pick up cash on delivery orders.
When placing an order, you can choose shipping with DHL courier or InPost Parcel Lockers.
Normally, order fulfillment takes 2-3 business days for deliveries within Poland. Please note that during promotions and sales, fulfillment times may be extended.
If you are purchasing a product as a PREORDER, the individual fulfillment date is specified on the product page.
Not every courier company we work with is obliged to call the customer before delivering the order.
Currently, it is not possible to pick up online orders in person.

To calculate the costs, we recommend using the calculator available on the ISZTAR website. The amount of duty and tax depends on the amount of your order and the country of delivery.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Any product that is in perfect condition and has its original tags can be returned or exchanged without stating a reason. Exceptions are products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as cosmetics and personalized items. To make an exchange or return, you must withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment and then return the product within the next 14 calendar days. To successfully finalize a return or exchange, it is necessary to fill out the return/exchange form. This form is sent via email along with the electronic receipt. You can also fill it out and print it in the customer panel, which you can log into by clicking "account" on the right side of our online store www.lebrand.pl
If returning an order that includes a set, the entire set must be returned. Otherwise, the refund amount will be reduced by the difference resulting from the full price of the product outside the set.
If returning an order subject to a promotional offer and including a free product, if after the return the order no longer meets the requirements for receiving the freebie, the freebie must also be returned. Otherwise, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the freebie.

The customer will be informed by email about receipt of the return/exchange product.
Funds will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt of the return.
The funds for the return of the order will be refunded by a classic bank transfer to the account number indicated in the form within 14 business days of receiving the return.

Completing the returns form is necessary for the return to be accepted correctly.

All returns within Poland, regardless of their value, are processed using a free DHL label included with the shipment.
The cost of other return methods is borne by the buyer.
You can return it in-store in Warsaw, at the LEBRAND boutique at ul. Mokotowska 26. You can also send it back to us at LEBRAND's expense - to do this, contact our Customer Service Department.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Remember that the returned product must have the original tags. It is also necessary to fill out a return form.

ORDERS
You can place an order as a "guest" - this form does not require creating an account. However, remember that each time you place a new order if you do not create an account, you will have to enter your data again.
If an order has already been placed, it is not possible to add another product to it.
Yes, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can monitor your order.
You will receive the invoice from us via email. If you want a paper invoice to be attached to your package - let us know.
In the product description you will find information about the given model. Some products are available only in one size - usually these are oversize models. In the case of products available in sizes S, M and L, write to us or call us to find out what the specific dimensions of a given size are.
Please contact our Customer Service Department (contact@lebrand.pl or 881 587 087) to cancel your order. If you do not do this, your order will be canceled after 3 days from the moment of placing it in case of non-payment.
