My account

To create an account, go to the LEBRAND website and select "account" in the right corner, click "register" and fill out the form. By creating an account, you won't have to enter your data again with each order.

To log in to your account, go to our website and select "account" in the upper right corner. After opening, a field will appear to enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, select "I forgot my password" - you will receive a link to change it by email.

Payment methods

We accept classic bank transfer, payment via Payu, Przelewy24, Klarna and cash on delivery.

We process orders with payment on delivery. It is worth remembering that the fee for an order "on delivery" is higher than standard shipping and costs PLN 25 regardless of the value of the order. When receiving the package, depending on the courier, payment is made in cash or terminal, the courier company transfers us the funds for your order.

Failure to collect a cash on delivery shipment will result in a block for subsequent orders with the specified payment method.

Payments in EUR can be made via the English version of the website www.lebrand.eu

Yes, to choose installment payment, select the main payment method Przelewy24 and then, after redirecting to the payment page, select one of the options provided.

It may happen that due to technical problems the payment for the placed order is not finalized successfully. In such a case you can place a new order or pay for the order by a classic bank transfer, the details of which can be found in the order confirmation email.

We will wait 3 business days for payment of your order from the moment it was placed. If you need more time, please contact our Customer Service Department (contact@lebrand.pl or 881 587 087).

DELIVERY

All orders, both in Poland and abroad, are delivered via a courier company.

Shipping outside Poland and outside the European Union is possible.

Your order may be delivered outside the European Union - but please note that the cost of such delivery will be provided when providing destination details. The shipping cost does not include additional customs duties.

Delivery time in Poland is normally no longer than two business days. For orders outside of Poland, delivery time is given individually depending on destination.


The standard shipping cost within Poland is PLN 15, while all orders over PLN 500 are shipped free of charge.

The exception are "cash on delivery" orders where, regardless of the order value, the shipping cost is PLN 25.

For the sake of our planet, we ask you to shop thoughtfully and choose cash on delivery.

LEBRAND does not use a single courier company - if you have a preference for a carrier, please let us know by entering it in the "comments" field when placing your order. Please note that for technical reasons, your request will not always be honored, but if possible, we will send your order with your preferred courier.

Standardly, we have 2-3 business days to process an order for orders delivered within Poland.

If you purchase a product in PREORDER mode, the individual delivery date is indicated on the product card.

Not every courier company we work with is obliged to call the customer before delivering the order.

It is currently not possible to collect online orders in person.

However, you can request a reservation for a given product in the boutique. To do this, contact the store's service:

When you place each order, a “comments” window appears where you can enter additional information and requests.

To calculate the costs, we recommend using the calculator available on the ISZTAR website. The amount of duty and tax depends on the amount of your order and the country of delivery.

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Any product that is in perfect condition and has original tags can be returned or exchanged without giving a reason. The exceptions are products that are not returnable for hygienic reasons, such as earrings and cosmetics. The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment to return or exchange. In order for the return or exchange to be successfully finalized, it is necessary to fill in the return/exchange form . This form is sent by e-mail together with the electronic invoice. It can also be filled in and printed in the customer panel, to which you can log in by clicking "account" on the right side of our online store www.lebrand.pl

The customer will be informed by email about receipt of the return/exchange product.

Funds will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt of the return.

The funds for the return of the order will be refunded by a classic bank transfer to the account number indicated in the form within 14 business days of receiving the return.

Completing the returns form is necessary for the return to be accepted correctly.

The return form is sent by email along with your electronic invoice as soon as you receive your order. You can also find it HERE .

All returns within Poland, regardless of their value, are processed using a free DHL label included with the shipment.
The cost of other return methods is borne by the buyer.

You can return it in-store in Warsaw, at the LEBRAND boutique at ul. Mokotowska 26. You can also send it back to us at LEBRAND's expense - to do this, contact our Customer Service Department.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Remember that the returned product must have the original tags. It is also necessary to fill out a return form.

Fill out the complaint form that you will receive from our Customer Service Department. Then send the product you are complaining about together with the form to the following address:

Your complaint will be considered within 14 days of its submission.

ORDERS

You can place an order as a "guest" - this form does not require creating an account. However, remember that each time you place a new order if you do not create an account, you will have to enter your data again.

If an order has already been placed, it is not possible to add another product to it. You can place another order and in the comments ask for both orders to be sent together, or contact Customer Service.

You can request a later shipment of your paid order. Remember to include this information in your order notes.

Yes, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can monitor your order.

You will receive the invoice from us via email. If you want a paper invoice to be attached to your package - let us know.

In the product description you will find information about the given model. Some products are available only in one size - usually these are oversize models. In the case of products available in sizes S, M and L, write to us or call us to find out what the specific dimensions of a given size are.

Please contact our Customer Service Department (contact@lebrand.pl or 881 587 087) to cancel your order. If you do not do this, your order will be canceled after 3 days from the moment of placing it in case of non-payment.

The Customer Service Department is open from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.
