Returns and withdrawal from the contract

  1. A customer who is a Consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer takes possession of the Goods.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should use the electronic return form available at: https://wygodnezwroty.pl/lebrand/odstapienie 
  3. The use of the Wygodne Zwroty (Convenient Returns) platform is voluntary and is a convenient form of processing a return.
  4. The Customer may return the Goods:
    • by post to the address indicated by the Seller, or
    • in person at the LEBRAND stationary boutique at ul. Mokotowska 26 in Warsaw, during boutique opening hours.
  5. The direct cost of returning the Goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer, unless the Seller has expressly informed otherwise.
  6. The Goods should be sent back or returned immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the shipment before it expires.
  7. The refund of payment will be made no later than 14 days from the date the Seller receives the returned Goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer when placing the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different solution.
  8. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from their use in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.

  9. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by applicable law, in particular with regard to Goods:

  • personalized or made to the Customer's individual order,
  • earrings delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening for hygienic reasons.
  • cosmetic products delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening for hygienic or health protection reasons,
  1. Only Goods in an intact condition, showing no signs of use, and retaining their original tags and security seals are eligible for return.
  2. In the event of a return of an order containing a product set, the entire set must be returned. In the event of an incomplete set return, the Seller reserves the right to appropriately reduce the refund amount by the difference resulting from the regular price of the products outside the set.
  3. In the case of orders covered by a promotional campaign containing a free gift product, if the order no longer meets the promotion conditions qualifying for the free gift after the return, the Customer is also obliged to return the free gift product. Otherwise, the value of the free gift product may be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. The Customer will be informed via email about the acceptance of the return by the Seller.
  5. In the event of an exchange of Goods, the Customer is requested to contact Customer Service at contact@lebrand.pl.
