Returns and exchanges


Any product that is in an undamaged condition and has original tags can be returned or exchanged without giving a reason. An exception to this rule is cosmetic products, which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. If a set is returned, it must be returned in its entirety.

To make an exchange or return, you must withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel, and then send the product back within another 14 calendar days. For the return or exchange to be successfully finalized, it is necessary to fill out the return/exchange form (available for download HERE). Such a form is sent by email along with an electronic receipt. You can also fill it out and print it from the customer panel, which you can log into by clicking "account" on the right side of our online store www.lebrand.pl
Filling out and attaching the form guarantees efficient processing of the return.
If you are unable to print the form, please include a note with your order number and the bank account number for the refund.

To send a free return shipment within Poland, you must use the DHL label attached to the parcel, which can be dropped off at any DHL POP point, or contact us at contact@lebrand.pl. Otherwise, the return costs are borne by the buyer.

One free return label is provided for returning an order.

 

The customer will be informed by email about the receipt of the return/product for exchange.

 

Funds for the returned order will be refunded in the same form as the order was paid for, or by traditional bank transfer to the account number indicated in the form, within 14 days of receiving the return.
Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, all personalized products are excluded from the possibility of return.

In the case of returning an order containing a set, the entire set must be returned. Otherwise, the refund amount will be reduced by the difference resulting from the full price of the product outside the set.

In the case of returning an order subject to a promotional offer and containing a free product, if after the return the order does not meet the requirements entitling the customer to receive the free item, the free item must also be returned. Otherwise, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the free item.
